1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of www.phonevault.pk ("Site," "Phone Vault," "we," or "our") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you ("Customer," "Buyer," "End User," or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Phone Vault is an online store specializing in mobile phone accessories and power banks.

If these Terms conflict with any other document, these Terms shall prevail. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. AMENDMENTS

Phone Vault reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site and/or communicated via email. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes that reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities ("Substantial Changes"), we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice through your registered notification preferences.

3. ACCOUNT & ORDERS

You are required to create an account to place orders on the Site. This allows you to track purchases and access order history.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase selected products subject to the terms stated in this Agreement. Phone Vault reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

4. PRODUCTS

Phone Vault sells mobile phone accessories, including but not limited to cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, and power banks. All products listed on the Site are subject to availability.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.

5. COMMUNICATIONS

By registering or placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional and promotional communications from Phone Vault. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking UNSUBSCRIBE in any of our emails. Transactional emails related to your orders will continue to be sent regardless.

Phone Vault is not responsible for promotional offers in emails or SMS/MMS that change or expire at the company's discretion.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Phone Vault is solely responsible for products sold directly through this Site. We do not take responsibility for any third-party products or services that may be linked or referenced on the Site.

7. SALE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to all purchases made on Phone Vault:

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. In the event of a verified product defect, items may be exchanged subject to our exchange policy.
  • Delivery Charges: A delivery fee starting from Rs. 149 applies to all orders.
  • Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value for delivery is Rs. 500. Orders below this threshold will not be processed.
  • Maximum COD Order Value: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are capped at Rs. 4,999. Orders exceeding this amount must be paid through a prepaid payment method.
  • Order Frequency: Customers may place a maximum of 2 orders within any 24-hour period.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
